Namibian 🇳🇦 international Peter Shalulile has signed a five year contract extension with the South African 🇿🇦 giants Mamelodi Sundowns which could see him ending his career at the club,Felele246.cim understands.
The 28 years old scored 30 goals in all competitions in the just concluded Premier Soccer League and scored 6 goals for the Namibia national team.
Midway through the 2019–20 season, the media speculated that Shalulile was being hunted by three of South Africa’s biggest clubs, Mamelodi Sundowns, Kaizer Chiefs and Orlando Pirates.
This was all down to his mercurial performance in front of the goal. And indeed he finished the season as joint top goalscorer alongside Orlando Pirates’ Gabadinho Mhango.
At the end of that same 2019–20 season, the player and both Highlands Park F.C and Mamelodi Sundowns F.C confirmed that he has signed for the latter club.
