Technical Adviser of Sokoto United, Coach Muhammed Muhammed on Saturday tendered his resignation letter to the state ministry of sports.
The Coach in a letter dated June 11th sent to the Commissioner of Youth and Sports in the State said his decision to leave the job was due to the much influence and unprofessional conduct of the management.
The letter reads;
“I wish to resign my appointment as the Technical Adviser of Sokoto United. My decision was influenced due to too much influence, unprofessional conduct by the management and non payment of accumulated salary and bonuses”
“I deeply regret my action to resign but all the same, I feel it’s only way out of the present predicament for a young Coach like me in order not dent my reputation and my name as a young Coach that is trying in my choosing career. Hope my letter would be given adequate attention” the gaffer concluded.
After playing 12 games, Sokoto United are 5th placed on the NNL Northern Conference A2.
