Al Ahli Tripoli π±πΎ will travel to South Africa πΏπ¦ to face Orlando Pirates for their first semi-finals first leg of the 2022 CAF Confederation Cup.
The Tripoli outfit beat Al Ittihad 1-0 in Sunday’s second leg match at the Matrys of February Stadium after a goalless first leg encounter.
Al Alhli Tripoli Abdel Ayed wiped in a low grounder shot past Al Ittihad goalkeeper on the firing to secure the semi-finals qualifications for the Libyan side.
All eyes will be on RSB Berkane π²π¦ Florent Ibenge as the Congolese tactician faces his former side TP Mazembe in the semi-finals after the Moroccan giants beat Al Masry πͺπ¬ 1-0 (2-2 aggregate).
Their opponent TP Mazembe were better side at the end of the second leg against Pyramids FC with a 2-0 comfortable win after forcing the Egyptian moneybags to a draw in Cairo earlier in the week.
The first leg semifinals will take place May 6th, while the second place the following weekend.
