Niger Tornadoes number 10. and enterprising young midfield dynamo, one of the best in the Nigeria’s apex league, the NPFL, Ahmadu Liman has laid down the marker, as the Ikon Allah Boys hope to banish memories of last weekends slim defeat in Bauchi against Wikki Tourists.
Ahmadu Liman who has made an outstanding substitute appearance in the NPFL against Plateau United and Wikki Tourists is not bothered whether he starts or not, but expressed his desire to always make his mark anytime he is called upon.
Speaking to Tornadoes Media, Ahmadu Liman says… “To me, the minutes don’t matter, all I am interested in, is to make every minute that I may be on the pitch to count, by contributing my quota for the success of the team this season”
NPFL is a different ball game compared to what we encountered in the NNL during our short stay down in the lower league, but now that we are back among the big boys, it has become a priority to make sure that the club remains in the elite division, and it is on this light that, we are all charged up to make sure we maintain our top-flight status by finishing in a respectable position by the end of the season.
